The new chizza was something my son really wanted to try. I thought it was very good. The chicken was amazingly moist and juicy. We both highly recommend it.It seems like it takes long to cook but the staff was so nice and apologized for the wait.

Worst KFC I've been to and sadly it's right down the street, right next to the worst Bojangles and McDonalds in the area, it's cursed. I went here for an app promotion. Buy a chicken sandwich get a code for a game.I placed the order on the app, all good. Go to drive through. They tell me they don't have that sandwich type in stock. All I need is to finish the order to get the code. I say "Ok can you just give me a smaller or different sandwich"? "No" they say and have no idea about the promotion.I kindly ask for a refund. I literally told them to give me a chicken tender and fries. But, nope, then they refuse to refund me or cancel my digital order saying it's not possible. Which is ridiculous! They had attitude and were vaping in the kitchen as well. Disgusting behavior and service.Also, I've been trying to get my refund for 6 months. Every time they phone support or website disconnects.
The spicy chicken was not spicy and the ice tea could have been better. Not exactly the best KFC around. Differentiating the parking from the drive through was also not clear.

Went through the drive-thru they gave me old food Try to return it But they wouldn't let me return it but they didn't give me a receipt Had bugs in it Don't go to the one on patton
Went to pick up $30 fill up was told it had to be ordered by phone. So we ordered $20 fill up plus a chicken bowl. My daughter had surgery on Tuesday morning and didn't feel well. She gets home and there were NO NUGGETS!!!! Tried to call to get straightened out only to have it go straight to a VM without a message saying it was KFC. Left a message with my phone number and told them we expected to be able to pick them up tomorrow. I will add to this when I see what happens tomorrow.

This KFC NEVER gets my order right. No matter if I do online ordering or come to the store to order. And when I call to let them know I’ll be coming to get my food I paid for they never answer the phone. Then they say they’re closed. But they’re supposed to be open until 10pm. I won’t be returning.
