I highly recommend against eating at this restaurant! I bought a pretzel pizza, with cheese sauce and went inside, picked it up. Got home opened the box put a piece of pizza on a plate, picked up another piece and a cockroach was underneath that piece in the box š¤¢ I will NEVER eat from this establishment ever again nor do I recommend it.

This location makes the worst pizzas consistently around lunchtime hours (12-3). I've ordered from this location 5 times now. The pizza is consistently under baked (gummy), not enough cheese, messy (sauce everywhere and inconsistent across pizza). I even paid extra once to order my own pizza and requested extra bake time and extra cheese and that pizza still didn't have even a normal amount of cheese. I understand this is cheap pizza, but the pizzas made at this location are inedible unless you enjoy undercooked dough. Maybe the night crew does better but I'll never know.

Went to pick up an order and the lazy eyed lady with glasses REFUSED to āmake the order againā because she said it had been picked up hours ago! I asked her to confirm it is the same name/order because Iād just received it, she refused to look. I asked if she confirmed the previous order with the pick up personā¦ she did not. She was very UNPROFESSIONAL , RUDE, and Lacked Customer service skills. Disappointed that Little Caesars employees individuals like this.

Waited in drive through for thirty minutes and pulled away because no one came to the window even just to say it was gonna be a minute. This has happened before to the point where I got out of my car and went in to pick up my order and as soon as I walk in someone finally walked to the drive through to help the customer after me while clearly avoiding me. Customer service is horrible at this location

Having another bad day at Little Caesars and employees walk around off the clock with open-toed slides wearing socks witches against code waited 20 minutes for a 10-minute Pizza take it was lost they were too worried about what went wrong rather than to fix the problem I'm giving my food

We came through the drive through and got a pizza and cheese bread and head to the lake. The pizza I was eating had a long hair embedded in bread and a strange orange brissle thing that looked like it came off a brush??? The cheese bread was good tho!
