Visited on my most recent trip to Asheville and was probably one of the best meals on the trip. We got a variety of different arepas(including a vegetarian), yucca fries and corn fritters. The yucca fries were by far my favorite of the sides, the vegetarian arepa was delicious but would have been a little elevated by a crunchy element. All i have to say is that my boyfriend and I came here twice in one night. We had dinner at another restaurant prior to stopping by since we knew they weren’t open on Sunday (our last day in town). We each ordered a chorizo arepa which was my favorite. We were stuffed and left to get drinks at anecdote. We made our way back to get a pernil arepa to share before walking home. Hands-down the best food we had on our trip to Asheville.
We had a wonderful experience with Little Chango. The staff was kind and considerate. Food was wonderful. We had the pork shoulder arepa and a couple of sides. The arepa was delicious and I cannot wait to come back!
Seating is tight but they deliver to a couple locations close by.
