I ordered two Egg McMuffins, one Steak McMuffin without egg (due to a severe egg allergy), and three hash browns.
What I received: two Egg McMuffins, one Steak BISCUIT with two folded eggs, and only one hash brown.
This was not only incorrect but dangerous - removing the egg from the Steak McMuffin was specifically requested because of a serious allergy. The drive-thru employee appeared to speak little to no English, which made it impossible to address the issue on the spot or communicate the severity of the allergy. I had to rejoin the long drive-thru line just to get the missing hash browns.
Accuracy and clear communication are critical at a fast-food restaurant, especially when food allergies are involved. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.

Edited just now Take out | Breakfast | $1–10 Decided to try the Grinch meal. My husband went to get them. First they said they were out of Mac sauce. They could have put ketchup and mustard. We had to put something on it ourselves. We couldn't wait to try the Grinch salt. We opened the boxes.....no shaker bag and no salt. There wasn't even regular salt on the fries. This is the WORST McDonald's in town!!!! Will never return to this location.

Ordered a caramel frappe with no whipped topping, was handed one with topping. When I gently reminded the girl behind the counter (curly black hair and grey sweatshirt walking around half slumped over like she’s on something) that I needed no whipped topping, she thunked the wrongly prepared drink on the counter, rolled her eyes and walked away. When I addressed this to the manager on duty, I got a sheepish “I’m sorry sir” in response.
So my wife was picking up food and the manager came out because she asked to get fresh hot fries and she LITERALLY PUT HER HAND IN THE FRY SLEEVE TO FEEL THE TEMP!!!!! So my wife said she definitely wanted them now! SHE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED AND FIRED!!! Don't go to the west Asheville location that is beyond unprofessional and disgusting!!!!

Usually I don't have high expectations when I eat at McDonald's but this time my experience was so bad I just had to write a review.
When you use the app to order you can't use the app to correct any mistakes, it needs to be done with the location.
I used the app to order a meal and a hot latte but their espresso machine was out so the manager basically said I could come back for a replacement.
When I ate my meal, there was bacon missing from my burger, the French fries were cold and stale, not fresh at all. And the unsweetened Iced tea I ordered was sweet.
So I go back the next day to have them give me the correct order and the last comes out with a cold latte with caramel syrup on the bottom of the cup.
I told her, this was supposed to be hot with just espresso, that's it.
Then she comes out with two of the exact same wrong drinks.
I said nevermind and just took the two wrong drinks.
And then when I ate my meal, the sandwich did not taste good and the fries were cold and stale and not fresh.
With the economy the way it is, employees seem to just not care. And I can understand that, but this is the last time I'm going to this location.
