I love this place , service is good and food is freshly cooked, in Lulu was the worst Mcdonalds we have ever tried , but this one branch is the best ! Thanks guys for a good experience!

If I could give negative stars for service, I would. The manager would not give me fresh fries because I didn't order them as "fresh". I'm sorry, since when do I have to order them fresh to get hot fries. He absolutely refused!

The lady at drive thru was absolutely amazing and sweet. I came by around 6am and she was a Hispanic woman. I believe I've seen her before and she was just asking lovely. Thank u McDonald's for putting ppl like her to work

They forgot some of our order, the picante sauce for the two burritos and sugar and sweetener. We had to ask for napkins because they did not give us any. Then my wife had to go ask for her picante sauce and a lady had an attitude about it. And when we ordered a coffee, we ordered sugar and sweetener and they forgot that. They act like they don’t care about their customers.

Went through the drive thru this morning I ordered the 2 for $3 sausage McMuffins I asked for the sausage to be substituted for Canadian bacon and specifically said “round ham” I was extremely rushed and had to ask for patience as there were four of us ordering. When I got my food my McMuffins were sausage with bacon added…. Absolutely not what I ordered.. there was no ham like I asked for the food wasn’t even hot and I was overcharged for something I didn’t even want.

I came through the drivethru and was getting my sons order from the backseat and the manager is on the headset saying “have your code ready before you come to the drive thru” and when we said excuse me he said “I don’t have time to deal with this”
I came inside to get his name and the store number so I could make a report as well as let him know that was disrespectful and he refused to give out that information. This is the McDonald’s on Patton and this happened at 11:30 am. And the manager was a heavier set white male and was working the drivethru.

Yesterday I arrived in the afternoon and a man was very rude when he spoke to me over the horn. And he didn't even give me my order. I practically came. Those people shouldn't be on the front lines if they had a bad day it's not the customers fault. I definitely don't recommend it.
Came to McDonald's sunday December 8th 2024 at 3:10pm and a Male worker at the drive thru was really disrespectful and we understand that he was busy but did not take our order and told us to leave, i understand being busy because i work as a waitress at a restaurant but we still waited for our food and told us "you were the one i told to leave, leave" we kindly responded be kind to your clients and he said whatever laughing and closed the Window like if he was the manager or the owner, and if he is well really disrespectful not recommended.

STORE MANAGER WAS SO RUDE TO ME. I DID ORDER THE WRONG ITEM . I ASKED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE BUT HE REFUSED TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. SO I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY TELLING ME IT WAS MY MISTAKE AND HE WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING. I ASKED FOR HIS NAME AND HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME.
NEVER GO TO THIS McDonalds. IT IS THE WORST.
I CALLED THE MAIN OFFICE AND FILED A COMPLAINT ON HIM ALSO.

Sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes their website says they were open for another 20 minutes and they just waited until the time it said they were closed then told me they were closed. Even though had been sitting here waiting that whole time.
