McDonald has consistently screwed up my order the last 5-6 times I went through but because they ask you to park in a spot to get you your food, you have to go through the line again to get it fixed. I politely asked the manager if I could wait for my food at the window so I could check it, and he became irrationally angry. At that point I asked for a refund and he refused. He also refused to give his name and wasn’t wearing a name tag.

I just went there , drive through ordered a double quarter pounder cheese meal medium fries and drink and a Spanish lady had to bring it out to me and she read off my order and still gave me the wrong stuff I got two pieces of bread and a piece of meat no double no cheese will be the last time I go there

Sunday morning, waited 15 minutes in drive thru line (like 10 cars in front of me), pulled over went inside and then waited 25 minutes for a mcChicken biscuit and a hash brown. Looked like they had 4 people working and their was no inside cashier. What a mess!

Most of the time my order is correct. However, you can tell a lot of the staff does not enjoy working there at all. Sometimes their attitude is rude. Mainly at dinner time.

I come here every morning and order the same items, I don’t expect you to remember, so once I get to the window to pick up my food they proceed to tell me to have a good day I did not pull off because I was missing my drinks she told me “no I don’t see any drinks” the manager tells her what the drinks where so then I asked for honey mustard she proceeds to ask to see my recent then says have a good day without giving me the honey mustard. Got the managers attention she wasn’t any better she was worst then the lady before especially and she has the title “ manager”. She was most concerned about her drive thru time and proceeds to tell me I was the one holding it up, and wouldn’t allow me to pay for sauce even though she didn’t put it in the bag she said she already put one 1️⃣ in there 🤦🏽‍♀️🤣

The service was awful..I walked in with another customer in front of me and she had been standing there for 15 minutes before anyone walked up to take her order . someone came in the door took her order then went straight to the back and didn't see her again ..after I stood there about 10 minutes myself without anyone walking up to take our orders I got pissed and started yelling is anyone taking orders in here . The lady in front of me had really gotten pissed and left and had someone else come in and get the frys that they paid for .. he had to say something and after about 30 minutes we all had the food . It's awesome place that's ran down.. The people that work there are very inconsiderate.. there's only one person that works in that restaurant that is really nice.. And he's a little Hispanic dude that works to drive through sometimes

There was nothing nice about it.. some lady stood in line waiting for one order of fresh Fry's.. it took them 30 minutes or longer to get the Fry's to her . I stood behind her for i know 20 minutes before she finally had to say something and once she did say something they acted like it was the customer's phone.. I guess the manager is an older lady or older man but whichever she/,he is they need an attitude adjustment better get FIRED.... That restaurant has been going downhill for years now .

I stood in line at this NASTY DISGUSTING restaurant for 30 minutes waiting on one order of frys.. even though there was one other person behind myself not one person in the back came up to check and see if he needed an order..it's sad and it's been sad and run down for years time to shut it down ..

Horrible service. Had to pull to the window to order because I was skipped over 3x, then got told to pull up for my order and the guy had no idea what he was bringing me and then took the food back that I inspected so he could re-serve it I suppose.

Been in the parking lot 30 mins for a mccrispy meal, and a happy meal, and a coffee
