Phenomenal experience!! What a pizza! This chef is playing at a whole other level. Beyond impressed with the quality and taste. The dough is beautifully risen on the outside and super thin, well cooked on the inside. It takes you by surprise that not only are there no substitutions, there are no deletions permitted either. I wish I could have the arugula one (which is what I came here for) without the soppresata being a vegetarian, but alas, that wasn’t allowed. Nevertheless,...

This is a new pizza joint in Asheville. Not a big menu (more beers on tap than pizzas to pick), but our two pizzas were good.
