Absolutely phenomenal Easter brunch- would have been Jesus’ first stop once he returned bc the Japanese sausage, mochi donuts, pastrami eggs sandwich, salmon sashimi and dumplings are that good! Such great quality meats and fish! This is my new favorite spot in Asheville.
Fantastic. The Ginza tasting menu, as recommended by our server Matthew, was the way to go. A great amount of food for the money, and included all of the heavy hitter dishes. Don’t miss it.

This place isn't like your typical authentic Japanese spot. It's more like a fusion vibe, catering to the American palate, which is kinda cool, right? The ribs were absolutely delicious, and those skewers were on point! Everything was just so yummy! ? Though I gotta say, the sushi made with fried rice balls was just okay, nothing too special. But hey, can we talk about the service? It was seriously top-notch! ?
