Waiter was Cassidy he was very nice and welcoming with great knowledge of the menu, this was our first time there and was so relieved to find a great noodle stop as we have tried others and were highly disappointed but not here. We got the dynamite shrimp , so creamy and just a hint of heat, we got the kids ramen so next extra stuff just the noodles and broth and those had great flavor they approved!! I got the deluxe ramen with the black garlic oil and pork belly so bold and smooth, and we got the spicy ramen which had a great heat level and my husband loved. “The flavors of their food never disappoints. Panda Express is right next to this place but theirs is always better and the food is made fresh.I get a chicken teriyaki combo with double meat for around $11. And the portions are huge ! Always some left over.“

“A random stranger recommended this place as a good place to get sushi at a time when a lot of restaurants were still closed. Asheville Sushi and Hibachi was very clean and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely fantastic. Fresh and flavorful with a beautiful presentation. I will absolutely come back and I recommend Asheville Sushi and Hibachi to anyone seeking delicious sushi in the area!

“Japanese!!!! Ever been to Japan??? Me neither, but based on using chopsticks for, say, 39 years, and given that Japanese food makes my tail wag vigorously, Yoshida is the darn bomb diggity overwhelmingly delicious restaurant. I wished I lived in the parking lot. They are very nice and generous and funny people, too. My recommendation is to bring ALL of your friends and everyone get something different UNTIL you order the whole menu. Then, share your food with a keen focus on sharing. Hungry still? Approach the counter with more money, politely ordering more.“
