We loved everything. Stopped in the other day after checking out the menu posted by the door. Subtle delicious flavors, exactly what Japanese food should be! The homemade pickles were outstanding - eggplant, radish, carrot. The ginger honey tea was so light but with perfectly balanced flavor. Our sushi and sashimi as well as the cold noodle dish were some of the best food we've had in Asheville anywhere. Just loved the experience.
Best and most authentic Japanese cuisine in WNC. Incredible experience.

I'd personally go well out of my way to dine here. It's a real Do Not Miss
This is my FAVORITE place to eat in downtown!! Everyone there is always so nice, and I love their katsu and house pickles.
