Was so hard to choose which pastry to get as they all looked good, but I ended up going classic croissant. Was super packed for a Friday morning so I imagine theyve got a great reputation. Very cozy inside, but it looks like they have a lot more public seating out back. We wanted to order a PSL for our fall festivities but they instead offered us a twist on pumpkin with a 'squash latte' annnd honestly I can understand trying a new flavor but it wasn't a hit 😅...
There are many reviews here about the pastries, which are fantastic, and I wanted to give a shout out to the breads. Some standard breads there every day, some for certain days of the week, some special featured ones, they're all delicious, I don't think I've had one that's a miss. Must get cardamom buns! There’s no way to explain it besides saying it’s a combination of a cinnamon roll, croissant, and thick bread all covered in a mildly sweet, cardamom sauce.
The texture is unbelievable, and the flavor is slightly subtle but noticeable. The sweetness is just enough for you to understand that it’s a sweet pastry.
