I am hard of hearing so obviously I can’t understand what is said in drive thru speaker. So I pulled around to order at the window and the lady said I can’t take your order through the window and I have to come in. She was rude about it and I am truly disappointed. I had never had a problem to order through the window before but today was not good - I am not coming back here.
