Used the 30 years in business coupon after not having Papa Johns for years. Picked up the pizza immediately after it was done, but crust was soft and cheese was very light. It tasted like it was cooked at 350. The stuffed crust cheese also had no flavor at all and was undercooked. Service was otherwise good, but pizza bad.

Papa John's on Merrimon is my go to, consistently great pizza and service. This day they were a little off but I'll still go back, everyone has off days. I ordered my pizza ahead to be ready at 5...got there at 5:05 (traffic lol) and I stood at the counter for a good 5 min waiting on someone to help me and then got told my pizza was coming out.... finally walked out at close to 5:30 with my pizza. It's not the norm for them, pizza was still delicious, so I'll...

Even though I live closer to the Weaverville location I drive to here because they do the best job. Better than any closer place. They don't underbake like Pizza Hut or mess everything up like Little Ceasar's (Weaverville location). They follow instructions if you say light cheese unlike the Weaverville PJ's. If I'm cheating on my diet, it's not worth it if the food is messed up and they don't mess it up.
