we love papa John's in my house. I normally go to the one on merrimon Ave but after work I was passing the one on patton so decided to do this one it won't Happen again. the pizza was barely cut and the topping were all wrong

Papa John’s has been my favorite pizza for over 20 years but I’ll never order from them again after dealing with this place.. ordered a pizza.. waited an hour.:. Delivery guys came pulled into my driveway 2 times, never delivered and then cancelled my order.. hope he’s enjoying my pizza somewhere but I’ll never order from papa John’s again

Did an online order and got it home, opened the first of three pizzas and huge black hair in the cheese on the pizza!! 🤢 ruined the appetite of all of us. Called and was told okay okay we will credit that pizza. No offer of apology or anything! Disgusting and disappointed

Its drive through. So it's quick, but the girl was very nice, very accommodating. As far as Pizza and dipping sauce goes. the Pizza was cooked to spec, the cheese bread was good, no real complaints. Other than not enough marinara sauce in the cheesy bread, really, that's it. Staff changes at these places so often. let's see how it goes next time...

THEY ADDED PINEAPPLE to “the works” pizza. I HATE PINEAPPLE! The cheese pizza was burnt on the bottom!!! The last time we ordered from here, guessing 3 to 4 years ago, terrible experience as well. We are done with this place.

First of all,their app just sucks! Second time ordering from them and although first impressions were really impressive, quickly dropped to failed. Ordered thru the app and wanted a LG cheese pizza with Xtra black olives and bacon. What I got was a LG ranch pizza with Xtra black, Xtra cheese and very very little bacon. I didn't know what hat there was an option to change the sauce?? So I called the store and spoke with a rude snotty manager that said she was the one who made it. She complained about how she put Way more than extra black olives (with a cocktail attitude) and made the pizza was made the way it was oreded. How do you call yourself a manager if you refuse to offer a polite and reasonable answer... This store seriously needs training in customer service. I have been in customer service for over 19 years and never have I been so disgusted... Speechless... If you not interested in helping, pass it along to someone else or figure it out...your going to loose customers if you keep the snottyness away.
