Placed on-line order at 6:19 and it said order would be delivered in 40 minutes. It took 2 hours to get my order delivered. Everything was cold, the wings had very little sauce on them, some where bare and the garlic knots were all different sizes. $70 wasted!!!

Jake, the owner/manager was so generous and kind to donate pizza for the families who were displaced by Hurricane Helene and having to live in the American Red Cross shelter. This gesture was a bright spot in a dark place and brought smiles to so many. The pizza was hot and delicious!

Terrible pizza. We just had the NY style pizza from another location, while traveling, we were super impressed with the NY style pizza and wanted one, as soon as we got home. This one was terrible! Super thin cracker crust with hardy any toppings. Worse than any frozen pizza. Never again from this location.

This Papa John's is always top notch! It's our go-to place for pizza at a good price and amazingly has a drive thru! Always clean, friendly, and the food comes out great. One tip I have is use the app to get the good coupon deals and you can accumulate points and eventually free pizza. Also, there is no dine-in.
Vegetarian options: Lots of veggie pizza combinations. I love the spinach tomato with white sauce.
Dietary restrictions: You can get gluten free crust
Parking: It's a small plaza, but I've never had a problem parking.
Kid-friendliness: Totally kid friendly, but there are no dine in tables, just a bench to sit on as you wait inside.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessable for wheelchair
Ordered delivery several months ago. No issues. This time I get Manila Mary and she tells me no. I ask her "Are you in Asheville?" "Yes". After telling her she definitely isn't she transfers me to the store here in the Good Old US of A. After waiting a few minutes because whoever I was speaking to at the store didn't know, that's rich, I was told no.Admittedly it was terrible weather. Next time I'll call when it's sunny.

Not sure which manager was working at 8:45pm on April 4th 2024 but he was extremely rude and sarcastic. Very unprofessional and dismissive. He definitely needs to do a customer service training module. Meanwhile the delivery driver, she was very nice.

I've gotten carry-out from this location twice, and both times were great! Employees were friendly and attentive, and my pizza was ready (and hot, and correct) when I arrived. I gave atmosphere 4/5 stars because the parking lot is pretty small and sometimes packed, but everything about the store itself has been great!
