Not sure which manager was working at 8:45pm on April 4th 2024 but he was extremely rude and sarcastic. Very unprofessional and dismissive. He definitely needs to do a customer service training module. Meanwhile the delivery driver, she was very nice.

I've gotten carry-out from this location twice, and both times were great! Employees were friendly and attentive, and my pizza was ready (and hot, and correct) when I arrived. I gave atmosphere 4/5 stars because the parking lot is pretty small and sometimes packed, but everything about the store itself has been great!

Placed an order by phone and picked up at drive up window. Food was hot and delicious. Service was a little difficult due to the height of the window but but OK.

I paid over 50.00 BEFORE tip and got a cold, gf pizza that tasted like sand. It was supposed to be a buy one get one“promotion”…now that is one OVER PRICED 10” pizza. INEDIBLE. No more chances Papa John’s. I’m done with you?

This place is too hot and cold for my business any longer: on last visit, all went well, yesterday's visit...picking up online order, front door locked-have to use drive thru...a lot of manipulation to get truck to drive thru- you can tell the building wasn't designed for a drive thru, almost 15 minutes in line to accomplish pick-up, noticed most everyone had to get out if car to get reach credit card reader. The food was good, but the rest, not so good. Pappa John's (or at least this location) just as often a bad experience as a good and 50% success rate isn't good enough math for me.

I wish there was an option for NO STARS! The food was not hot, or fresh or even remotely good and also- what the hell is this??? (See pictures) would you like a garlic knot with your garlic sauce?! ? I am so sorry for the dasher- I hope this didn’t get all over their car.

This location has gone downhill over the years. Getting delivery has been ruined by missing items, pizzas tossed around carelessly, and the just generally over-priced and low quality of the product. Carry-out isn't much better. My pizzas have been undercooked frequently, cut poorly, and just generally lack any sort of flavor or satisfying texture. The general attitude at this location is awful. I've come to regret ordering every time I open my box. It wasn't always this way. If you're gonna raise prices at the same time as your quality diminishes, you will lose customers. I'll just buy my pizza from one of the MANY good pizzerias in Asheville. You used to drive a bargain, but the price margins are too thin to justify buying what you're selling.
Don't waste your time or money. Have given them too many chances. They never remember the sauce that I paid for if I have it delivered, and often undercooked. And even when I purchase pick up the pizza is often still undercooked. Just not worth 30-50 bucks a trip. Rather just get frozen pizza from the grocery or go to local pizza shops in town at this point. Honestly was holding on because of growing up eating papa johns. As a kid I would be pumped if mom or dad said they were getting us papa johns. NOW I feel disappointed and regret the decision. Well this is the end Papa Johns... We are done. No more money going to YOU PAPA JOHNS.

The pizza at this location has always been good and consistent. The issue here is the delivery. Today, I was in a bind because my wife had to work at the hospital and I had three kids at my house that I simply could not reach with lunch because of my job. I ordered pizza at 12:22 and was told that it would be an hour to an hour and ten minutes. It took 2 hours for the pizza to get to my house for the kids and it was so late that it has affected dinner this evening. I called and was just told that they only had one driver and that things were running slow. That is something that might have been helpful to know on the front end.Great for carryout...horrible for delivery.

Garlic knots are awesome and priced fairly. We ordered a small pepperoni pizza and a large Philly cheese steak thin crust an order of the garlic knots. The bill was $42 with a tip. Thought the price was a little on the high side considering the toppings were sparse on our large.
