They use agave in their smoothies which is enough to know they don’t know nutrition basics. It was shown a long time ago to be no better than hf corn syrup. It’s sad that people that know nothing about nutrition get into the smoothie business lol
This is my new favorite coffee place.
I’ve been going here for years, the absolute best smoothie options in Asheville, the atmosphere is very comforting and family oriented. I also love that they use coffee ice cubes in their drinks. Highly recommend if you haven’t been ! 💗
Love this place. Would love to give 6 stars. Really cool spot. Indoor and outdoor seating. Designated 10 min parking. Some of the cutest and coolest gifts and extras. Smoothies, coffee, pastries, food, and the service is super kind. Always friendly. Never an unpleasant experience. I like coming here.

This is an absolute gem of a spot. The coffee, bagels, and smoothies were delicious and the atmosphere is cozy. The owner is incredibly sweet and there are local goods that make perfect gifts. You can tell a lot of care goes into this place, and I love stopping in.

I am from out of town and stopped in for coffee. I used to manage a coffee house so I can be a but particular and this ADORABLE little gem of a place knocked it out of the park. From the service to the beverage to the atmosphere to the all around feel of love this place has birthed was exactly what my soul needed on my rocky morning. Highly highly reccomend ?
