Soft, cool, delicious. Much more like snow than the ice you’d get from a truck. Loved that the menu had dye free options! Def coming back whenever on this side of town.

My kids want to stop anytime we are by a Pelican. The one in Asheville as well as near St Augustine Florida are top notch! My husband and I love these sweet, frozen treats as well. 10/10
Delicious shaved ice that is different from your usual snow cone
Absolutely love taking my son to Pelican's! Super cool how they converted an old gas station/garage into a shaved ice shop. Love the selection that their menu has, prices aren't too high, and my son always wants to play cornhole whenever we go. Plenty of space with all the picnic tables they have set up and overall an awesome location for the shop!
Parking: There's been times where parking has been tight there and then other times where the whole lot is open.
Kid-friendliness: They have games set up outside for kids to play.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a wheel chair ramp for easy access to ordering.
