We were there to celebrate a birthday...all was great except it would have been nice if they would have offered a cupcake with a candle or something to make the night even more special.

Excellent food! We were on a weekend trip to the biltmore house and wanted a nice steak! So we of course went to Ruth Chris! The A-5 Wagyu appetizer and ribeye were amazing! Service was good waitress seemed to get a little backed up but overall a great experience! Definitely will be back!

I have been to other Ruth's Chris restaurants ... and this restaurant in Asheville is by far the best experience we had. From the Valet greeting us to the hostess saying “have a great night” on our way out ... by far the best, courteous, clean, best food, great wine, experience in a restaurant ever!!! Eric our waiter was by far an exceptional waiter and so courteous, and truly went out of his way to make our evening memorable. Thank you so very much Ruth's Chris for employing such great employees!!

The only negative this I could say is about the neighbors. They were a little to load and arrogant. But I guess that is to be expected with the amount of booze they consumed. I would suggest that there would be a separate place for drinkers and non drinkers. Over all, we had a fabulous dinner.

Our experience began with the cordial valets that met us and took care of the parking. Upon entering the building, the hostess also greeted us and had our table ready. Michelle was our wait person and was very efficient, helpful, and made suggestions when we asked about certain items on the menu Appreciated the manager stopping by to speak also. There was a note on the reservation about one of the individuals coming was having a birthday and they mentioned that a couple of times and included a candle on the dessert plate. Nice touch thank you. ???

Everything was wonderful, especially our waiter. However, our filets were unusually tough. We did not say anything since it was a celebration and we did not want to spoil the party. This was the first time we have ever had an issue and we dine there quite frequently.

Wonderful staff and atmosphere! Dan was so knowledgeable and spot on. My husband's filet he said was delicious. But my filet was tough and chewy, did have good flavor. I did think the valet parking was overkill as parking lot literally outside the door. May try again but was disappointed for the price.
My husband and I went for our 19th wedding anniversary. We have never had such an incredible dinner. The cowboy steak -- melted in my mouth (they keep the plates hot) so the first bite was just as amazing as the last. The harvest salad was the perfect combonation of flavors, the brussel sprouts were to die for, and the bread pudding (such a simple dessert) but oh so heavenly. However, it wasn't just the food that made dinner great it was all the thoughtful touches. They put rose peddels on our table and our server made us feel like we were the most important people there. Ruth's Chris Steak House is the perfect place show someone how special they are to you, at least that's how I felt (very special). Thank you!
This was my fiancé and I's first time at Ruth Chris. We wen to celebrate Valentines Day. It was a very nice environment. Our waiter Michelle was very nice and always checked to see how everything was. There was a candle light on the table which made it even more romantic. The food was served on a sizzling plate so it stayed hot our entire meal! We got a steak, lobster tail, shrimp, mashed potatoes and cream spinach for our entree. Everything was delicious even the Caesar salad and I normally don't eat Caesar salads. I highly recommend Ruth Chris in Asheville! I give it a 10!!

My wifes steak had to be sent back to the kitchen 3 times . It was supposed to be medium well, and it was more like ware. The center was still cold on the first attempt. It was very unusual because we have dined at this location many times with no issues.

Everything was amazing and we go to this restaurant a couple times a year and every time it never disappoints. I got the filet with Lobster tail and my husband got the sirloin with lobster and we got some appetizers with drinks and desserts and sides. Will highly recommend and would go back. Warren was our waiter and he was funny and delightful.

The service, the ambience, the food, did not disappoint! The crab cakes we ordered were some of the best ever had. In particular, our waiter just topped the whole evening off with being fantastic ! When we go back to visit the Biltmore , we will definitely eat at Ruth Chris
