The service was pretty good and the food was decent. It seemed a bit pricy. Chestnut down the street was about the same yet was stellar in every regard.

Very cozy spot. Stopped in for a few brews on a rainy Sunday.

Casual wine bar with good food. Service was good, food was good, wine was good. One man band - Michael John Marx - was excellent for background music. Dish cleaning noise in kitchen was annoying though.

Good food but slow service

My partner and I were in the area after a short hike and wanted some wine to sit and chill for the afternoon. Honestly, the wine selection is a bit small, about a 4/5 for me, but I think what made it nice was the person who helped us pick out a flight that fit both of our tastes. She recommended a good variety, arranged it in order from lighter to more full-bodied wines, and everything we got was pretty much in either mine or my partner's wheelhouse. Knowledgeability really makes a difference in the experience when the selection isn't super wide. We also had a nice time in the corner on some cozy chairs by ourselves. It was the best time we had in Asheville that day.
Absolutely amazing!! My boyfriend and I went and it ended up being a really romantic dinner. We both got a flight of wine and a cheese plate. ABSOLUTELY amazing!! The waiters were so nice and described everything great. They played Christmas music on the piano and it was a wonderful time! Would DEFINITELY recommend.

Tasty food, delicious beer and good win selection in a mellow, artsy environment that's great for conversation.

This place was hidden in the back of the grove arcade. I'm so glad we decided to go in and look around. We sat at the bar and did a wine flight. We let the bartender pick the four we tasted. They all were positively delightful. We did not order food, however the meat and cheese board the folks next to us had looked very tasty. As a day trip to Asheville to do other things, at least try and make a pit stop here, I promise you won't regret it.
