This is the best breakfast in Asheville. The food is traditional style and simple but made with superior ingredients and skill. Everything here is the best version of that dish. Brussels are the best Brussels, brats are the best brats, and the pancakes are honestly the best I've ever had.
Hipster meets old time diner. The best of the two worlds with wonderful service and old school favorites with a twist. Casey (KC) was on point with the service: timely, friendly and engaging. Had the skirt steak sandwich, not sure what the sauce was, but reminded me of something mom used to brew up in the kitchen. Real deal french fries with skin on…Pancake was as big as the plate. Highly recommend locally sourced, and an excellent value.
Nice little breakfast find, they offer traditional breakfast like biscuits and gravy, pancakes ? and other egg dishes.They are apparently really busy and wait staff gives off that “we don’t need your business vibes” and you need to overly thank them for doing their roles.No substitutions on certain days as the kitchen is pretty busy.Parking can be found behind the restaurant and we got a table right away, only a couple open when we arrived.Pancakes were really good, coffee...
