I had the good fortune of driving by this food truck today. I ordered oxtails which came with every side - mac and cheese, rice and peas, cabbage cooked, some salad, a plantain chunk.. Everything tasted amazing. The rice and peas had beautiful coconut flavor. The oxtail was perfectly cooked. I loved it all. Can’t wait to go back.
