Shogun Buffet Hibachi Grill & Sushi

This restaurant offered a precious few buffet choices. Even then, the food was mediocre. The staff did not attempt to greet us, smile, or make us feel welcome. No one in the restaurant spoke English. That is not a priority for them. There was one good waiter who served our table. He was one of a kind.

Very busy buffet. The salad bar is fairly clean and good.. The sushi is good,, seaweed salad too. The soups are extremely salty and most of the dishes seem to be (due to the flavor) filled with sugar. However, the food selection seems to be geared toward Mexican-Central-South American, think "day workers" and you will see the atmosphere is mixed ages,primarily elderly retirees, families and large and small groups of immigrant landscaping groups laughing loudly and speaking their native language loudly! Lots of loud Chinese and Thai yelling in this restaurant between the workers/servers, so be aware if you are sensitive to that while eating or have a child with sensory issues. The price is average and you can eat well, and have soup, salad, fruit, and dessert. Some of the food on occasion has tasted a tad stale: cookies and desserts. It is about 14.99 per person. Amazing deal if you are on a budget.

Excellent food. Sooo many choices. The staff keeps the place very clean. If you can t find anything to eat you are crazy lol. Awesome come get some great Chinese

If you ever in North Carolina, you need to come and visit this buffet. They have everything here. Everything is fresh. Everything looks good. The customer service it's superb. The food is fresh. I had a wonderful experience here. I definitely recommend it.

Not the best Chinese buffet I've ever had, but not the worst either. Just ok, nothing special. The waitress was nice & polite

Overall, not a bad Buffett. The food is delicious, but I expected more variety. The cleanliness in the room leaves much to be desired, for me everything was dirty, the floor was sticky, the carpet turned into a road, our table was also sticky. You definitely need to work on the cleanliness of the room.

This is a pretty good buffet, the sushi here is the best of the surrounding buffets, dinner price is a little high, but the food quality is great.

Clean, large variety, good service, beautiful setting, clean bathrooms that don't smell bad like some buffets and the toilets actually flush, it's as close to Asiana as you will get. Average buffet pricing worth every penny. I drove 22 miles to get here cuz the buffets in Hendersonville are going down hill and it's 100% worth the drive unlike the only 2 Asian food buffets in Hendersonville these guys/gals don't burn the sugar doughnuts.

Next time I want quality and buffet Asian style I will go the extra miles and come here.

THE SWEET TEA IS PERFECT NOT TO SWEET NOT TOO SOUR!

They are quick to clear the table of dirty dishes instead of leaving the table dirty with dishes piling up.

THEY ACTUALLY FILL YOUR DRINKS INSTEAD OF WAITING FOR YOU TO BEG FOR A REFILL AFTER YOU ARE CHOKING ON THE FOOD

Unlike many places they actually answer the phone if you have questions.

I highly reccomend the dinner buffet over the lunch buffet it cost a little more but the quality of their food makes it worth it.

If you come in at lunch and decide you want dinner items too just make sure you don't have the lunch and dinner buffet in your receipt never hurts to double check.
