The staff at Sonic Drive Thru off Charlotte Hwy in Asheville are rude and provide terrible customer service. The woman taking my order was inpatient and passive aggressive. After that experience i moved on to try to use a coupon which they would not honor because i bought a more expensive sandwich. i get it but i was paying for the more expensive sandwich to get the less expensive free. came here at 9 PM. the young man that was working was rude as hell, as he always is. I ordered chili cheese fries with my order and when he gave them to me, there wasnt any chilli on them. so I waited there, in the drivethru at the window and when he came back to fix HIS mistake, he was irritable and pissed off at me!!
