The employees are nice... but when you're buying a $6 drink it would be nice if it's full... esp when you can see inside the cup lol. I just grabbed this matcha green tea iced and there's a large gap of nothing... just empty. Its even more if you include the lid and foam. It's ridiculous esp cuz they won't do anything about it but shrug.

i had a great experience this morning with the barista! i didn’t catch her name, but Im a pretty nervous person and she was so friendly. But regarding the previous review— I also got a matcha and went away for a few minutes to check out. when I came back there was a gap, but i learned that when the drink sits it’ll foam down since it’s shaken when made! i got some more added on top and it was great :) don’t be afraid to ask them to fix something!
