This place has messed up every door dash order I have ever placed, they give you the wrong food, don’t put a straw for your drinks, you would think spending the amount you do for delivery they would at least try to get your order correct.

Coffee is normal Starbucks quality. But what made this location odd and off putting is that they have a coded lock on the bathrooms AND the bathrooms were still dirty. Maybe they have had issues before since it is located in a tourist area, but bathrooms were not normal Starbucks quality. Staff was unfriendly as well. Will not visit this location again.

Awesome Starbucks located in Biltmore Village. They had a heated patio along with a fancy interior. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Iced Chai was great.

The sweetest staff. This staff had such a positive impact on my day in a very short amount of time. I always love Starbucks coffee, but this staff made my coffee run a little extra special today. Thank you!

This spot is ALWAYS one of the TOP 3 ⭐️ ? I visit, ??NATIONWIDE??, baby! The coffee is better & warmer, their food is waaaaay better, their service is superior, ✨restrooms✨!!Obviously this store sees a huge increase in traffic just due to their location (Biltmore area & the ‘Home’, schools, hospitals, mall & other shopping, etc, etc, etc).Parking: Parking is free, but at peak hours it CAN be difficult. Just be patient, park somewhere you aren’t blocking others, pre-order (if possible) & jet. You won’t have too much of a problem! Just be smart about it.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s there up front & the walk & entrances are very accessible. Should be able to use it with no issue.

I ordered a dry cappuccino, because they do not know how to make a cappuccino in this country. In fact, it was so dry. I thought the barista handed me an empty cup. One sip and it was gone. It cost around six bucks. I felt like I needed a cigarette when I left there?

I was first customer in on 9/13 and couldn't have received a more genuine, kind reception. The young man and lady on duty seemed liked they enjoyed their work. And I got a wonderful cup of ☕ This got my day off to a wonderful start. Thanks!

My local quick spot for that morning coffee. I will go to any Starbucks but these guys my my drink right. They get my personal additions to the traditional Carmel macchiato, and it's just perfect every single time. Other places not so much and it tastes different everywhere else I go. These guys nail it and witha. Smile on thier faces ??thanks yall!
