I was having trouble deciding what to have eat when I spotted the Subway sign. Since I hadn't had a sub in many weeks I stopped in. The restaurant was clean and had a high 90s health grade so I ordered a meal. The employees quickly made my ham sub. The sandwich fixings were fresh and satisfying. A good not to heavy meal that was prepared quickly. I would stop again.

Seriously, if you hate your job that much, quit. To the guy working who could not acknowledge me and two others, you need to find a non customer facing job. Congratulations, first time in 2023 not leaving any tip.

We are here at 2:20 on a Saturday afternoon. The food is great, but the staff is exemplary! They are working hard to keep customers fed and happy! Great attitudes and big smiles make any meal a great one!!

Placed a very simple order through the subway app, when it was delivered I realized the order was not correct. Chips I didn’t order came and were charged to my card, and both sandwiches were incorrect: missing ranch on a chicken bacon ranch, missing oil and Vinegar, cheese and tomato from the second sub. I tried to report the mistake in the app and possibly get a refund or new order, but the app doesn’t have an option to report the order. After discovering that, I decided to call the restaurant and ask how to go about how they could help me. I called the location and asked very politely to speak to a manager, to which the person on the phone replied “this is the manager” in a completely rude tone, already annoyed before even hearing what I had to say. I ignored this and moved on explaining my issues with the order and that the app was not giving me the option to report it or cancel. She told me the only way to do this was through the app and that I need to check again. After checking again, I told her there is not option for this, and that is when I was then berated over the phone and told this issue was not hers or the stores responsibility to resolve. She also then tried to blame the doordasher who delivered the order as well who, as far as I’m aware, didn’t make the subs I ordered. I said “okay, well is there a cooperate number or customer service number you can give me, or the contact for your manager?”, she snapped at me and told me she was unable to provide that “private info” to customers. She refused to give me the number/email. I asked her for her name (as she claims to be the manager at this location) and I was hung up on. I tried to call back 4 times, and each time the call was picked up and hung up on again.I am pursuing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as I was fraudulently charged items I did not order and then was denied resolution with a manager at this location.

Subs were excellent as was the employee who made my sandwich...ordered on the app, but the app didn't save the condiments or bread choice. As an online only special I was afraid I wouldn't be able to customize the order in store. No problem to customize in store

I have been to many subwaysMany. And this one is by far the nicest.Plus the ladies working are super fast an polite and accurate. There was 6 people in front of me an I had three foot longs to get. I was in an out less then 10 minutes. And the young lady who made my subs I swear I had never seen food made to look as good as it does on the ads or commercials but hers did.Perfection and I am kinda hard on reviews but there is not one possible thang I could even give a B .. they deserve raise and owner better do whatever they must to keep them.

Has always been my favorite subway and was amazing before i left asheville, came back to asheville after a couple years and idk. food is still okay but that girl with the red hair isnt a good employee and either someone needs to fire her or youre gonna lose all your business since everyone complains about her online(not just google reviews) and on the street. She does not do her job right and is constantly rude to everyone or screwing around instead of doing her job. Gonna call above management about her tbh because its pretty bad now and gets worst everytime and i doubt theres a point in talking to management as obviously whoever runs this subway currently is clearly unfit for the job. Its just sad at this point. I only hope it gets better eventually because this was my favorite place to eat and hangout at.
