Every time I have ordered delivery through them I’m always getting just my sub and never the rest of my order! It’s pretty aggravating spending money on something ya crave just end up like this! Never again!

This is the second—possibly third—time I’ve stopped for a sandwich well before their posted closing time, only to find the “Open” light off and the doors locked. It’s 8:10pm on a Saturday! It’s says they close at 9:30pm on their storefront & the same online.

Ordered online, didn't want the bread toasted, it was the texture of a saltine, asked for extra protein, it was double, heavy handed on the toppings also and whoever is the owner of short dark hair, I found it my sub and on the paper you wrapped it in. Will not be ordering from here anymore.

I have always been very happy with my order, the friendly staff, and how the restaurant looks and feels. They are understaffed sometimes, so *please be patient* they are good people, and they always do their best on your order. It tastes like a subway. ;) The "tucked" away feeling of this location, makes it feel more mellow. Go in, have a seat and relax. Or take it to go as I do! They always get it right here! Thank you subway crew!
Vegetarian options: The only thing I would recommend is just check for certain how they are handling the vegetables. This is a subway, not a vegetarian dedicated restaurant. So there may be mixed vegetables, or they may have to handle the meats then the veggies as they sometimes are busy. This location really tries to keep the work area clean though!
Parking: Plenty of parking in this area, a large parking lot of a former large building. Be careful on Sundays there is a large church that uses that same parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: If I looked correctly there should be (2) ramps on either side of the sidewalk, and I believe there is one close to or right in front of this subway. The door might be a little frustrating to open, and the seating seems to be booth only for wheelchair access. This is a less crowded restaurant, so it should have a spot open. (I am not wheelchair bound, I just wanted to make some observations to try and help. I am also recalling from memory.)
I placed an online order. After driving back home 2 of the 3 sandwiches were made wrong. When i called the location the employee first says to me that the order was made correctly. I told him again that 2 of the 3 sandwiches were made wrong. The bread of the 2 wrong sandwiches was hard and stale. The employee i spoke to finally says that it was just a mistake. When i asked what compensation i would recieve he just says to come back another day and tell them they made my order wrong and they will replace it. That doesn't help me for dinner tonight now does it?

DO NOT TIP BEFORE YOU GET YOUR FOODThey literally took and made other orders even though I placed my order 30 minutes ago. That's not how online ordering works. And then when I asked her why she said she wasn't equipped to handle it and that she started my order but stopped. Just so much wrong. If I hadn't already paid I wouldn't have stayed

The woman working there this evening was super lazy. I saw they closed at 9:30 on google. I still called at 8:37 to be sure they would be open when me and my child arrived. The woman told me they close at 9:20. My daughter and I arrive at 9:12 after driving 25 minutes there. The open sign is on as we pull up. As we walk in, the lady turns off the open sign and tells us they closed already.She literally wasted 50 minutes of drive time for my daughter and I. She also closed just because she was too lazy to make two more sandwiches.She needs to be fired. I want my gas money back and money for the time she wasted. What a joke.
