That is great! Also I can tell they have a great manager. Tonight we were missing one of our combos. So we drove back. It happens when you have a family of 4 and your orders are kinda big, Items sometimes get missed. The manager made sure it got taken care of quickly and made sure to encourage his employee to stay aware of the details. It just makes me trust this location. He obviously cares about accuracy and doing things right. Thank you to the manager.
The employee Paula was very nice and made sure we had exactly what we asked for and was super polite. She is the kind of person that makes you want to come back :)“
“Had a hit or miss on our orders, but that being said everything always got fixed in the end. My expectations are of it is a fast good joint. Kiddo loves it, as pretty much every other teenager. The best Taco Bell in Asheville though. Hands down. 😁“
“There were.like 10 employees making food and running g the drive thru. I orrdered on the menu screens. As I waited for my order I watched these employees work like a well oiled machine! These folks did a great job working together. My food was perfect and fast. The atmosphere was upbeat and chill.“
“I stop by this location a few times a week. The young lady that was in drive through this morning was amazing. She treated me with a smile, asked me how sweet I like my coffee. normally I just get it how ever they make it, no special instructions. It was nice because she genuinely cared about my opinion. When I told her it was good she was giddy and smiled. Such a pleasant encounter. We need more people with her customer service. I work fast food and would gladly have her on my team.“
