“Its taco bell. Doesn't really disappoint. Unless maybe if you get a burrito that seems made to where every bite is a different ingredient... one is just sour cream... one rice etc. This is not distinct to this tacobell it seems to be a trend w/ all of them.“
“Tonight I placed a mobile order and had a positive experience. I’m not sure if the ladies name that worked the drive thru between 4:35-5:00 but she was extremely friendly. She also put my large order in a large plastic bag without me asking and it made it a lot easier to carry inside and it didn’t fall out all over the car. During the holiday season a lot of people aren’t super friendly but she was great. Please acknowledge her and the rest of the staff. Also order was correct and delicious.“
“Jordan's an example of an A+ employee, if I pull up in the drive thru and I don't see Jordan I just leave. If I hear anyone but Jordan on the speaker, I tell them to put Jordan on right now. I went to Subway next door and asked them if Jordan is there and they told me that there is no Jordan that has ever worked there. I left.“
“Yasss... the Taco Salad is BACK!!! ❤️❤️❤️ It's just smaller 🙃 But the new mini taco salad on the new 'Luxe Value' menu is just as good as the old taco salad and if you're really hungry you could probably get two. One is actually enough for me plus I get a side of chips and a side of black beans and rice (seasoned rice ). The chips ($2.59 I think 🤔) are overpriced but the beans are a great deal at $1.59 so I think it evens out. I don't get lettuce on my taco salad, so I guess I get more of a 'taco bowl ' and I skip the sauce, which is a chipotle sauce, so I can't really comment on the item as it comes 'regularly'. But I love -my- version. I'm just glad it seems Taco Bell is FINALLY listening and bringing back some of their hits from the past. Altho they claim poor sales is the reason they removed the original taco salad - I don't think they mean no one was buying it, I think they mean people stopped buying it as much because of the exorbitant price they felt they had to sell it for. That's the #1 reason I remember not being able to get it every time in the past, it was something like $7 (which, to be fair, was a LOT more 10 years ago than it is now).
I've been using the mobile app to place my order and every time it's been correct at this Bell and it's been fast - with pleasant and friendly peeps at the drive thru.
My only negative experience was the 'refresca' I ordered once - I just didn't like it. Probably just me since they seem to be popular. Now, I -would- try the energy version but haven't as yet.“
