“Pretty good when I go at night. Service is fairly slow, but the food isn’t sloppy- it’s well put together. I updated my old review because my experience has gotten better.
(Former review) In the span of one week, I had the best tacos I’ve ever had from Taco Bell (with friendly service), and then, the terrible tacos with rude service. Same time of day. “Mr.Kaleb the GM of the blue ridge Taco Bell keeps the lobby super clean everything is filled, including the sweet tea and the condominiums as well! No sticky tables or counters as well. Way better service than the Taco Bell on the other side of tunnel road. This is the new Taco Bell of Asheville to go to!!!“
“Had a hit or miss on our orders, but that being said everything always got fixed in the end. My expectations are of it is a fast good joint. Kiddo loves it, as pretty much every other teenager. The best Taco Bell in Asheville though. Hands down. 😁“
“Jayden did an amazing job fixing my order. I went through the drive thru. They accidentally gave me chicken on everything instead of ground beef. I went inside and he made it fresh and allowed me to substitute my 2nd item for another one without an upcharge as a courtesy. It was very kind of him. He has great customer service skills.“
“My wife and I had a decent time there. Its not the staffs fault or anything of that nature but there were definitely some dope heads hanging out there and then a couple of seemingly similar ones started fighting with the staff and arguing and yelling. I thought the staff did an amazing job and the food was good too!“
