If I could rate it 0 I would.
Tried to order the past 2 nights on Uber eats & kept getting delivery drivers going to the restaurant & cancelling. Tonight I ordered about 11 pm.
Turns out they “turned off” their mobile orders at 9PM without actually turning it off. 🙃
So not only have they wasted my time, they have also wasted MULTIPLE delivery drivers time.
When I called & asked for corporates number I was told “I don’t have it on me” I caught them in that lie & told them I know you guys have it posted somewhere in the office. they finally asked the manager for the number & the manager they spoke to was pretty rude as well, I heard them talking. I hate this Taco Bell.

This is hands down, the BEST service you can get in a fast food restaurant. Everyone here is so sweet and makes you feel a little better about life, even if you’ve had a bad day. Even at 1am, prime Taco Bell time!

After discussing what we wanted for dinner ( family of 4) taco bell was the winner. I decidwd to streamline our order and help my wife out since she was going to pick it up on the way to get our daughter from work. The order was placed about 15 minutes from the time she left the house. She messaged me about 10 minutes after that asking which taco bell, and I sent her a screenshot of my order with the store location in the screenshot. She arrived at Taco Bell about 30 minutes total elapsed time, and said they don't have our order, so my wife goes inside since i had told her just to vo to the drive through. Needless to say, the worker was rude to my wife for coming inside, wnd not staying in the drive thru. She then began to tell my wife that the reason the food isnt ready is because when you order online to pick up at the drive thru, when you give your name and your order is confirmed they start making the order. This was the most ridiculous thing ive ever heard in my entire life. Why would I order online if my food isnt prepared until i get there. I might as weel have ignored the damn app and just deove there to place the order. I'm not sure what Taco Bell thinks about the intelligence of its customers, but to say something as ridiculous as what the worker said insults every customers intelligence. If I had went, I would have askes for my money nack and drove across the street for burgers at McDonald's. I will stay away from that particular location. You guys are an embarrassment to the people who hired you.

I've never done this before, but this has me feeling some kind of way. We went through the drive thru. Ordered two sides of pinots and cheese NO RED SAUCE. The man taking my order was nice and repeated the order. Yes all was correct. We make it to our apartment. And THERE'S RED SAUCE. Mind you this is for my 5 year old so it matters. If it were mine oh well. She said she really wanted it so we went back. Walked in. A lady asked what she could do for me. I explained that we made it home and realized that there was red sauce and we ordered it with no red sauce. She did not look at my receipt. She asked if the bag was the food. Yes it was. She took it and went away. I could hear her talking. But never saw her again. The lady that gave us our "order" was really nice and even offered my daughter a free slushy. Now, was that because she knew she was handing me this garbage? I'll never know. I don't even know what is in this container. If that is pintos, those are burned and looks to be days old. And with rice on top? And it was cold. When I looked at it inside I thought the rice was the cheese. I should have checked the bag in store more thoroughly. I figured since we came inside it would have been correct this time. So long story just to say MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I definitely learned a lesson tonight. I should have checked the bag the first time. Maybe we would have never received whatever was in those containers. Even in this bad experience I will say the drive thru man and slushy lady were nice. I just don't understand why they would serve whatever was in this container.

That is great! Also I can tell they have a great manager. Tonight we were missing one of our combos. So we drove back. It happens when you have a family of 4 and your orders are kinda big, Items sometimes get missed. The manager made sure it got taken care of quickly and made sure to encourage his employee to stay aware of the details. It just makes me trust this location. He obviously cares about accuracy and doing things right. Thank you to the manager.
The employee Paula was very nice and made sure we had exactly what we asked for and was super polite. She is the kind of person that makes you want to come back :)

Do you guys not have any plastic ware? The last four times I’ve come there I’ve ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes and you guys are 0/4 in providing me something to eat them with.
The food prices are too high ( like every where else) along with the fact that the drive thru cashier messed up our order four times

The tables and seats are always dirty. There are broken seats at the booths with cuts on them. Nice people work here but not a great place to eat. Worth driving a couple extra miles to Tunnel Rd or Brevard

This is directed at the night shift, as their lack of care for quality or customer service is unacceptable. I work hard for my money, and when I choose to spend it here, I expect the items I paid for to actually be in the bag and for a receipt to be offered without me having to ask. It feels like a deliberate way to avoid accountability. Whether it’s fast food or fine dining, I rely on this place for convenience after a long day, but the repeated poor service and poor food quality show you simply don’t care.

Line moved so slowly despite a lot of room in the driveway, parking area. I left and went to Dunkin instead. Right near by!

Arrived at nine for breakfast still have the
Closed for Christmas signs up People inside the building no lights on been open for an hour sat in the drive-through. No one said a word just looked at me. This has happened several times on the morning shift. They seem to open when they want to.
One of my favorite fast food chains, majority of the time they're on point.
