At this point I am done eating from this location on Patton ave in Asheville. Never getting the correct order was bad enough. Now they are pooring the grill scrapings into their food. I have never eaten something so disgusting. I know taco bell isnt quality cuisine but there are standards and this location has let every last one go to the waste bin.

Fast Food in general is just over. You guys have lost your minds. $10 dollars for a quesadilla combo with an abysmal amount of skinny chicken scraps. $5 for a cheese quesadilla? If I could give them 0 stars I would, believe me. When I order from door dash or Uber eats this location CONSISTENTLY forgets my drinks!!Also they have a bad habit of putting cheese in the bag with a very loose lid & still not giving chips with the cheese??Like how do you put the cheese in the bag then forget the chips ?

Ahhh ..... Taco Bell. What can one say about Taco Bell? A whole lot is what! So, I do believe since my younger days they have increased their quality. And let me tell you that new deal... Omg I forgot what it's called!... The stacker maybe... Is so ooey gooey GOOD!! I have ONE big issue with taco Bell and I will voice that here and then let it go. My problem with them is EVERY damn time I go there I get menu amnesia. I have the most delicious thing one time and the next time I go back I look at all that stuff on the menu and I get all sortsa discombobulated and never can get that delicious thing I had the time before until months down the road when I order it by pure luck again and then the cycle begins again. Plus they have like 10 new items every other week so that throws me as well. I guess I could have bigger problems than that but I just wish I could remember my most favorite thing on the menu, but alas, I never leave very disappointed anyways.
They are absolutely ridiculous! With nobody in drive-through, and not one single person in the store, I waited 29 minutes to pick up an order that was supposed to have been ready. 11 minutes prior to my arrival. The order was not even a big order! Nobody acknowledged that I was even there! The only reason I waited, is because I have a good relationship with the customerand did not want her to be postponed even longer! They need to swoop in fire every one of those people they were in there today and get a new crew!!

The only reason why the score is a two the employees were friendly and great! How the hell can you charge $18 for 3 chalupas. It’s the cheapest food has become the most expensive fast food. Get a grip Taco Bell! I’ll never go there again, and I’ll go to a real Mexican restaurant that will charge me 2x less for the same food and better quality.
