The worst chicken chulupas I've ever tasted. They were not make fresh and the food was cold. FYI if there are no cars there and you're unsure if they're even open its a good tell tale sign to keep it moving

This taco bell on tunnel road sucks between 3 different orders once I didnt even get my order they gave me someone else's and it was delivered to me at work so I couldn't take it back they refused to talk to me on phone at store or even do anything a out at the store and contacting taco bell its self took 2 weeks to get my 50 bucks back

Was hype to see it open at the end of my road, got an avocado ranch chicken burrito, chicken wasn’t cooked. Got some avocado ranch tacos, they had sour cream all over them and so much sour cream and avocado ranch that it was all over the bag as well. Definitely hope they find their groove and it becomes a spot worth stopping at because right now it’s a no.

Mr.Kaleb the GM of the blue ridge Taco Bell keeps the lobby super clean everything is filled, including the sweet tea and the condominiums as well! No sticky tables or counters as well. Way better service than the Taco Bell on the other side of tunnel road. This is the new Taco Bell of Asheville to go to!!!

Do not order delivery from here. I live ten minutes away and the second and last time I will ever order from here it has taken over an hour to receive food missing sauces and with incorrect sized drinks.

Who approved that driveway design lol. I had to go out the entrance side to not scrape my car. Also our bag had a saucy chip in it when we did not order anything with chips…

Made an online order and the store said they didn’t have it and that I was at the wrong store. Gave the address and they were like “oh never mind that’s us”, then I pulled around and show them my screen to verify it’s me even though I cited my order correctly, guess I’m thief? They were advertising the new orange cream icee but had no way of ordering on the app or self ordering registers. When I requested to get my mobile (in drive thru) I asked if I can get two orange crème icees and they said “sorry no we got to keep drive thru times down. You got circle around”. There were 3 cars behind me. Like I get it and I worked fast food for 4 years and a manager but I’d of made the icee. Save your clients 10 minutes. I had to go inside and order an icee that took 7 minutes to make. The employee who made it said sorry and gave me my drinks. He was helpful.

I’m glad they were able to keep their drive thru times down.
