With so many simpler choices in Asheville, Taqueria Puebla is my absolute favorite and I stop here literally any time I get the opportunity.
Sometimes even more than once a day.
I pretty much always get lengua tacos and they are somehow when more incredible than the outstanding staff
They are always super friendly and just all around great to deal with.

I’ve been coming to their truck in West Asheville every weekend for at least 5 years. It’s hands down the best Mexican food in town and beats any sit down restaurant. Even simple tacos and quesadillas are amazing. They are an exceptionally kind family and provide great services, always remembering the names of locals. I look forward to my quesadilla and tacos every weekend.
