Honestly I am a huge Texas Roadhouse fan, however this location just can't get a right. This is my second visit and the first was disappointing the second confirmed my
disappointment. Service is super slow and food dry and prepared without any love.
Hate to pass on negative feedback and optimistically hopeful leadership will improve this location.

So the Bartender’s are arrogant. After the kindness in their hearts when they served me a beer, It seem like it was a struggle for them in there gave me a beer.
I felt like I was in position to them and they they didn’t even asked me if I wanted to even order anything they’re terrible. I just wanted to have supper. I was there over an hour. They never gave me the opportunity even order I just drink my beer kept waiting and waiting and I wanted to push dinner but they were too good for me. I guess they were doing me a favor just being they suck they suck.
We went to the Asheville location for dinner on a Wednesday night. The music was so loud I could barely hear myself think. I couldn't even order. People around us were just looking around saying the same thing. I had to ask out waitress to ask management to turn it down. I ordered my food but was to frazzled by that point to eat anything. My husband liked his food.

Vegetarian options: They do offer vegetarian options.
Wheelchair accessibility: I saw a lady in a wheelchair. She seemed comfortable. It is rather tight in the aisles.

I used to love eating here. Not anymore. It has gone way downhill. Picked up my to-go order and it’s ice cold, steak is way overcooked, fries are congealed, and no bread. Thats not even the worst part. Multiple hairs in the food. That’s disgusting. I called to speak with a manager and she says all I can do is remake the food or give us a gift card. We lost our appetite. Barely got an apology as she is hanging up the phone. I also don’t want a gift card. I want my money back. What I really wanted was a decent meal like you used to be able to get at this location. Second time I have had an issue with food and service in the last two visits. I wont be back.
*Update: NEVER received any gift card or refund. Unbelievable.

I sent my bf to pick up a family pack that I ordered online. Beef tips, salad, corn and potatoes with gravy and paid extra for bacon, cheese, and sour cream and butter for loaded potatoes. Well... the salad is only the size of a salad for one if you were to go in and order a side salad, definitely not enough for a family. There was only 4 rolls. Only one plain butter, one sour cream. And no gravy for the potatoes. This is a very sad family meal. I am very disappointed. Texas Roadhouse is my favorite restaurant but I haven't been able to go out in awhile because of an injury that's healing and I thought the family take out would be an excellent way to have dinner from my favorite place finally. Never again. I do not suggest ordering the family meal from here if you want a satisfied family.

Wife writing from shared Google account: Hubby & I went out for our Valentines Day celebration early Sun instead, to avoid the busiest times. There wasn’t even a wait yet when we got there which was super nice. Texas Road House has always been a fav of ours. Good steaks and good rolls. We usually bring fam & come for most of our celebrations, but this time it was just hubby & I. Rolls came out & were hard as a rock. No biggie. Looked like they weren’t proofed enough. You could tell b/c they were also small. Asked for an another basket & it was similar. Oh well. The rest should be fine. Hubby ordered 11oz sirloin rare w/loaded baked pot & salad & I got a 12oz ribeye medium w/loaded sw pot & salad. Food came out quite a bit later & you could tell it was overcooked before even cutting. Hubbys was almost medium. Mine was well done. And this was cutting in the center. It wasn’t our server who dropped it off & the lady who did was already gone before we knew. Hubby said he would power through, not wanting to send 2 steaks back, but we sent mine back b/c it was way off. It took 5-10 min waiting for our server before we finally reached out to a bus boy to locate our server. That’s when things started changing with even our treatment. Our server came to the table & asked how everything was & I pointed to where I had cut the center of the steak & we let him know it was well done, & asked if we could we switch it out. The server checked his book & verified that yes he did put me down for a medium, & then he took it & walked away. No apology or empathy or anything. Not even a smile or frown or anything. About 10 min later a female manager came by & asked how we were doing & I told her what had happened & she said OK, she would go make sure it came out soon. In the meantime, our server came by to top off our drinks & he didn’t even look at us or speak to us. Both of us said, thank you at our correlating times while he poured & he didn’t respond at all. He just walked away. That was very uncomfortable. We had been warm & understanding & chill, & now we were being shunned by our server? About 15 min after the steak had been sent back, & about an hr after we had gotten there, the manager brought it out to the table. She did not include a fresh side. By that point, my husband‘s overcooked steak was now cold, as well as both our sides. Even though I have never seen him use steak sauce on a steak the entire time we’ve been together, for 14 years, he had tried to use 57 sauce just to make it edible. So at that point, with our sides cold, & the new steak obviously overcooked as well (it was flat & dark & dry even on the plate) we just asked her if she could use the steak elsewhere before she sat it down & if we could just go. We explained that everything was cold now & his steak was not good either & our server was ignoring us & it was really uncomfortable so we rather just go. She said she would only discount our food. She was very cold & lacking empathy. Discount?! We hadn’t even eaten it. We spent likely 50 min waiting for my entree I had ordered. And it’s not exactly fun to watch one person at your table try to eat slowly while they wait on your food to come out only for their food to be cold when yours comes out. If he would’ve eaten while it was warm, I guess we would’ve taken turns watching each other eat. She even made sure I was charged for the 3 marshmellows that were on my cold sweet potato that was now sitting congealed on the table. My hubby & I met each other in the restaurant industry & worked in it for many years. This is not how you treat customers. Even though we got there early & left w/empty stomachs, by the time we went through all that waiting & disappointment & finally left, everywhere else in town was closed. It seems everywhere closes early since COVID & we live almost in Brevard, about 34 minutes from TRH. What an awful experience. We won’t go back. We was

The food is great, I have never had a bad meal or bad service. My only complaint about this particular Texas road house is the parking situation. It's honestly, hazardous and unsafe. There isn't enough parking and cars line up on Biltmore avenue blocking through traffic in a major intersection area just down the road from a major trauma hospital. Some area restaurants, even the hospital, offer valet parking to a secondary lot. Just an idea.
