Waited an hour and a half and still did not receive our food. We watched other people arrive after us, get served, eat their food and go home. Still nothing for us. We finally left. The restaurant we chose instead had food on the table for us in 15 minutes. Papa's and Beer really saved the day for us after how awful the Texas Roadhouse experience was.

I haved dined here many times before and everything was ok. Last night was the worst experience ever. It took 35 minutes just to get my salad. Then my steak and baked potato was brought to the table cold. It was supposed to be medium well. It was rare...barely rare. It barely had a sear on it. I was there for almost 3 and a half hours. The service was terrible. The food was terrible. No apology was offered from the staff.

I knew this was a chain, but I had never been to the Texas Roadhouse. We had dinner there twice while visiting Asheville. I liked my food so much the first time, I wanted to go back. I had steaks both dinners and they were cooked just like I wanted and delicious. My husband had the pork chops both times we were there. He loved them. The green beans are delicious. I didn't really care for the atmosphere because I don't like country music, but that is what the place is...a roadhouse restaurant. It's rowdy and loud, but the food is good, with good prices. I wish we had one in Seattle.

I love Texas Roadhouse! Great early dining menu and steak is always good. I am pleased that Texas Roadhouse maintained reasonable prices throughout the pandemic ordeal.
RE: an Asheville store experience…I was in this Texas Roadhouse at 3:00 opening time on Monday 9/22. The women’s bathroom was in need of SERIOUS attention. It was dirty. No evidence of regular cleaning. At least one toilet clogged with tissue paper. Walls were dirty, fixtures were dusty. Stainless steel doors were smudged and unkept. It certainly made you pause when you walked in the door….. that heebie jeebie reaction.

Honestly I am a huge Texas Roadhouse fan, however this location just can't get a right. This is my second visit and the first was disappointing the second confirmed my disappointment. Service is super slow and food dry and prepared without any love.
Hate to pass on negative feedback and optimistically hopeful leadership will improve this location.
So the Bartender’s are arrogant. After the kindness in their hearts when they served me a beer, It seem like it was a struggle for them in there gave me a beer. I felt like I was in position to them and they they didn’t even asked me if I wanted to even order anything they’re terrible. I just wanted to have supper. I was there over an hour. They never gave me the opportunity even order I just drink my beer kept waiting and waiting and I wanted to push dinner but they were too good for me. I guess they were doing me a favor just being they suck they suck.

We went to the Asheville location for dinner on a Wednesday night. The music was so loud I could barely hear myself think. I couldn't even order. People around us were just looking around saying the same thing. I had to ask out waitress to ask management to turn it down. I ordered my food but was to frazzled by that point to eat anything. My husband liked his food.
