The food is great, I have never had a bad meal or bad service. My only complaint about this particular Texas road house is the parking situation. It's honestly, hazardous and unsafe. There isn't enough parking and cars line up on Biltmore avenue blocking through traffic in a major intersection area just down the road from a major trauma hospital. Some area restaurants, even the hospital, offer valet parking to a secondary lot. Just an idea.
Well- I haven't been to any Texas Roadhouse since College, and now I know why. A work sponsored event was hosted at this location and the entire place was a little sad. It was cold inside. Also loud. The peanuts in a bag are just not the same as the buckets of yesteryear. The legendary rolls were hard and small. Butter was good though. Honestly my ribs were pretty solid, and the beer is $9 for a domestic tall boy pour, which is OK. But service was lackluster and the vibes...

Wheelchair accessibility: I saw a lady in a wheelchair. She seemed comfortable. It is rather tight in the aisles.
