Shout out to Will Harris the new general manager of the Edison Restuarant! He and his team had the joy of taking care of my group of 7 crazy and rowdy ladies on 12/10 for our annual Christmas dinner before viewing all the Gingerbread houses! His team did a phenomenal job! Welcome to the Omni, Will!
This place discriminated against me when I went there with my service dog. I spent so much money eating there and then they just treated me like complete s***. they kicked me out when they legally had no right to when I have a legal service animal. they treat you like complete crap. The Great Hall Bar offers good food with amazing views and ambiance. The location and views earn it a 5-star rating, and the food is outstanding. Guests have enjoyed meals like crab cakes, burgers, and BLTs, all served with quality and care. The Sunset Terrace is a delightful spot for a special occasion or a lovely meal, featuring breathtaking views and top-tier wait staff. While some found the wine selection disappointing, the cocktails were enjoyable, and the service has been praised as outstanding. Though the prices are higher, the experience is worth it. Guests can also learn about the history of the place while enjoying the phenomenal weather and atmosphere. Some have mentioned a desire for roller shades to filter sunlight, as it can be quite hot at times.
