Would give zero stars if I could but I am required to give at least one in order to post this review. Bartender refused service because a valid military ID was given for proof of age (I am of age and so is my girlfriend ). In the State of North Carolina there are four (4) acceptable forms of ID for serving alcohol: (1) NC Driver's License or Driver's License of any other US state; (2) US Military ID; (3) NC DMV issued ID Card; or (4) Passport. I recommend that the management and the staff review the state regulations in order to not appear to have a bias against serving military service members/veterans. On a positive note, the DJ was pretty awesome which made leaving due to lack of service even more disappointing.

The owner and staff are racists and discriminatory. I was told by the door person "we are at capacity for you". All the drinks are over priced, it's stuffy with poor ventilation. If you enjoy breathing farts, racism, and over priced drinks this is the place for you!

Small, intimate place with expensive yummy cocktails. Good music sometimes, small area to dance. Romantic lighting.
Cozy cocktail bar right above our favorite downtown deli, Zella's. The bartender was kind and very helpful. He came up with a drink based off of some questions he asked my wife, since she wasnt sure what she wanted. The atmosphere was very calm and mellow and the cocktails were yummy. Definitely worth stopping in! Cheers!

This is one of the best cocktail bars you could ever possibly imagine. Their diverse selection is just insane, and they even cater to the beer drinkers with what I presume is a rotating selection. There are also non alcoholic options. It's upstairs and the space is small and crowded on weekends, but nevertheless a very comforting atmosphere. I've been twice and have seen four different staff members, all of whom are very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Asheville, I swear, is the not so hidden gem of this country. Check this place out!
