The Bartender ran my card twice to open my tab and now has a pending charge on my card for over a week now. Also I was charged $22 a piece for a blended bourbon drink without being told until afterwards when I was ready to pay. I've tried calling 4 times before talking to a supposed manager which she was very rude and no help at all. She was very disrespectful and hung up on me while I was trying to explain my situation in regards to the final balance and the pending charge that is still on my banking account. She told me that they run your card for POS to make sure you have at least $10 on your card and it should be deleted after a 24hr time frame. It's been pending on my account since November 25th and she told me that I will have to contact my bank, SMDH!!! I will be reaching out to PAUL & BRIAN which are the owners and also to the BBB about how I was treated about my situation from the management of this establishment. They really know how to treat a customer and a veteran ?

Stumble here for great late night food. Philly cheesesteak and grilled cheese were life saving inclusions to our evening. Fries were better than expected, alcohol selection was perfect. Lots of events but you're not surrounded by music or stand-up comedy if you don't want to be. If you are a lost soul in the heart of Asheville in the dead of night this is your lighthouse.

You will always find a friend and a good place to cut up a rug at the One-Stop and Asheville music Hall. Hands-down favorite place to hang in downtown Asheville. Free dead Fridays are the best!!

We had the pizza and it was very good. We were there on open mic night and the bands were amazing. They got a 3 stars because we were ordering drinks and tipping very well and then the bartender charged us almost 20 a shot for tequila. We have rode motorcycles all over this country and never paid that much for shelf liquor. I tactfully questioned her about it because she attempted to over charge us on our beers previously just to make sure it wasn't another accident. Wow her and this other tap puller went off the deep end. I recommend using your debit card so they are forced to put your purchases in the point of sale, with cash they just put the money in the register and pocket the overages at the end of the night. I would go again but smarter this time!

Went to this place twice over bachelor weekend in Asheville because it was our favorite. Live music both nights whom were really great, must’ve been a more popular band Thursday because it was packed compared to Saturday.
