The Spa Café Reviews
Shout out to Will Harris the new general manager of the Edison Restuarant! He and his team had the joy of taking care of my group of 7 crazy and rowdy ladies on 12/10 for our annual Christmas dinner before viewing all the Gingerbread houses! His team did a phenomenal job! Welcome to the Omni, Will!
This place discriminated against me when I went there with my service dog. I spent so much money eating there and then they just treated me like complete s***. they kicked me out when they legally had no right to when I have a legal service animal. they treat you like complete crap. Whenever I called to make a complaint, no one would ever call me back. It's pretty terrible.

The Spa Café, located within the Grove Park Inn, offers simple yet good food. The atmosphere and service are generally praised, with guests noting the exceptional hospitality from staff members like John, Mark, Ophelia, and Jack, who go out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. The spa area features pools that are very nice, although they are co-ed and bathing suits are required, which some find less comfortable than European-style spas with separate sex pools. Guests often enjoy amenities after treatments, such as the couples massage, which is highly recommended for its quality. The restaurant itself is a great spot for lunch, with tasty Paninis, including Caprese and Turkey with Fig Paninis, and the Sante Fe Chicken wrap, which are favorites among visitors. Customers appreciate the simple, good food and the cozy environment, making The Spa Café a good choice for those looking to recharge and indulge in a satisfying meal after enjoying the spa facilities. Despite some drawbacks like crowded spaces and parking fees, the resort’s stunning views and impeccable service make it a worthwhile destination for relaxation and good food.
