Hidden gem bar. One of our favorites! To get to the Belgium bar you meter the facility at street level then by the bar is the staircase to the Belgium bar that is downstairs. Great beer selection and all we tried was delicious. Bartender was great as well.Make sure to meet Arthur the pink elephant and get your picture with him!Parking is limited. Some paid street parking but paid parking lots nearby.

Visited in October 2014. The Thirsty Monk is a spacious bar divided into two sections: the American bar and the Belgian bar. Personally, I found the Belgian side less captivating, so I opted for the American section. They offer a pleasant selection of uncommon brews, accompanied by friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. Overall, it’s a winning combination.

The beer was great. We went to the lower level and bartender Josh was awful. He could have not been more obvious about the fact that he was annoyed by us walking in. The bar was completely empty and we were the only people in there

The beer was good but we visited the downstairs Belgium bar and the bartender, Josh, could not have been more hateful or rude. The bar was completely empty and he sighed and acted annoyed that we dared to even walk in. While reviewing the menu he kept saying that the drink we were initially looking at could be gotten upstairs too. We’ve been before and had a great experience but this was overall awful as we felt completely unwelcome and like it was a problem we were even there.

The bartender upstairs didn’t specify that he didn’t have soda behind the bar when I asked for a drink that included soda. Instead he made the drink and gave me a snarky remark like I was crazy for making a request like that and didn’t mention an alternative. Poor service, Will not be returning to this establishment.

I don't usually leave reviews... this is by far the BEST bar I've been to, and I didn't even try the food. I ordered the Egg Nog and Wassail in the pre-prohibition part of the bar, and they hit that deep Christmastime nostalgia. My boyfriend had the Winchester and Grab a Pear, and both were also delightful. The atmosphere is wonderful, the vibes impeccable. Overall, everything was quite tasty and well-balanced. Thank you guys for that experience. ^-^

Cool three-floor spot, each floor being a different bar under the Thirsty Monk name. We enjoyed some delicious seasonal cocktails!

The Thirsty Monk stocks a huge selection of very hard-to-find beers, with a special focus on Belgian beers. The atmosphere is absolutely unbeatable. And they have flights!

Great atmosphere. The bartender, Blake, was incredibly helpful helping my find my lost ID.

Came for a few beers but probably won’t be back. The girl at the ground level bar was cool and the beer was definitely good but it’s hard to not find good beer around here. The problem was the wierdo guy at the bar downstairs who seemed super inconvenienced that we wanted to get a couple beers, couldn’t be bothered to getup out of his chair or off his phone when we came down. I greeted him instead of the usual and he told us that if we didn’t want one of the delirium beers we would be better off ordering from upstairs. Super wierd interaction and would never bring people here now.

We came her to ring in the New Year's and had a great time! Coupling the laid-back back atmosphere with wonderful drinks and service allowed us to comfortably enjoy starting a new year.

The downstairs is a delirium specific bar and it's amazing, absolutely awesome find. The rest of the brewery is great as well, and it has a cocktail bar on the top floor. Definitely a must try!
