I am one of the organizers for a monthly network gathering group. We chose to go to DSSOLVR and VOWL for our event this month. We had approximately 200 folks there this past Tuesday (January 14, 2024). The staff nailed it at both bars. Serving 200 people at one time can be a challenge... the staff did not disappoint. VOWL is a fantastic addition to Lexington, offering a unique and creative cocktail menu served by talented bartenders. The vibe inside is interesting and fitting of the aesthetic. Although mainly a cocktail bar, they do offer vegetarian options. The parking situation includes a paid lot next door and free street parking if you're lucky. While not the best place for kids, there are pinball machines nearby for entertainment. The staff at VOWL are extremely welcoming and attentive, making the overall experience enjoyable. Whether you're a long-time local or a visitor, VOWL is a must-visit spot in Asheville for a memorable dining experience.
