“Waffle house is actually misspelled. Waffle Home* I arrived in Asheville with friends and didn't have a place to go initially, and Waffle home is always open and the food is always on point. There were 3 women working who were cheerful and upbeat, working 3rd shift. One might question if they would be okay, given that tunnel road can be a rough area late at night. They managed a challenging situation with a gentlemen trying to enter with a weapon, and took it in stride, laughing the whole time. I do think it would be a good thing for local law enforcement to recognize that they may need a drive by occasionally, and proper security equipment inside and out. Loved the sparkles girls!! Keep the lights on.“
“Our server, Kelan, was so helpful with our special requests! The cook and shift manager both came over to ask how we were doing. So awesome! My bowl and amped up grilled cheese were perfect. Mom's hashbrowns with a few add ins were exactly what she needed today! ❤️“
“The servers are rude at night the cook was great perfect attitude willing to get it done great food but I hate he had to work with rude co workers with bitchy attitudes and extremely rude to customers and my online order was even done when I got there and was told by one that I obviously placed it at the wrong store when I in fact did not they just wasnt doing there job its always something there“
“First time at this waffle house on our way back home. We first were greated by such a sweet lady. 2nd AMAZING SERVICE the server was so friendly and welcoming. 3rd The food tasted GREAT and the most important thing that stand out for me. These staff stay busy the whole time cleaning tables, the floors the stove I was like 😳 , so impressed 👌 they definitely take high pride of their work place. Thank you for such and amazing service and giving your guest such a great experience.“
