Wedge Brewery Downtown is a must-visit spot in the RAD district, offering excellent local beers in a unique, cavelike interior. Their IPA is hoppy and tasty, and their stout with cocoa and chile is a standout. Customers can enjoy outdoor seating, games, and a wide range of beer flavors for everyone. The senior bartender, Joel, is known for his knowledgeable and friendly service. Guests have praised the easy walk to and from the brewery, as well as the delicious Cold Beer Cream Ale. The Wedge artist space upstairs showcases the work of talented local artists, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Despite recent challenges, the brewery has returned to its normal operations, with the beer and pub memorabilia remaining as enjoyable as ever.
