We’ve always loved stopping by Wedge, and we had our welcome reception here prior to our wedding. Our guests loved the drinks and the easy walk to and from their hotels and other downtown spots.

Matt was an incredible guide! Perfect stories interwoven with history and his passion for Asheville. Great time!

Nice to have this space downtown for a shopping break

Joel the senior “citizen” bartender, was very knowledgeable and friendly to us! We sat at the bar and we chatted with him for a while about the Asheville area and some of the local lore. He accommodated my husband’s strange request to mix two drinks and it turned out surprisingly tasty! We will definitely come back again! Thank you Joel and Wedge for the good time! 😸 P.S. can never go wrong with the cold beer cream ale!

Stopped for a couple beers before dinner. The bartender was very friendly and the atmosphere was great.

I love wedge and I’m so happy they have a location downtown. Really nice employees.

Cute place, good beer selection with a little bit of every taste. Located within the Arcade. Street parking or parking garages nearby. Some outdoor seating. Very friendly bartender. They do flights, which I always love. Self-serve water available. Stroller friendly.

Great service and atmosphere! They do have some gluten free options, but no beer. Seltzer, ciders and a couple of wines. I opted for a white wine, which was nice, but a gluten free beer would've been better. My husband got an IPA and really liked it. He says they make really good beer. Nice location and enjoyed our experience overall.

13 beers on tap, have 1 hard cider on tap, also have local Ginger's Revenge Ginger Beer! The Hibiscus Lavender Ginger Beer is crisp & tart & delicious. Stop in for a drink & continue to walk around. A neat place!

It’s a simple place that serves beer. Customers were mostly men that eye-balled any female that walked in. It was uncomfortable. We didn’t try any snacks. We were full. They had a fair selection of beer that day and all tapers $4. Glasses are small and my beer had a head of foam. It wasn’t a full glass of beer. I had to strike the foam off with my finger to drink it. We shared a West Coast Pilsner. It was OK. We drank it, fast, and left. It just wasn’t for us.

Parking: First come first served meter parking on the street. I imagine there is a pay for parking garage nearby.

This is the place where you wait for the phone call from the Pinball Museum telling you you're up. There were lots of kids here. The place is otherwise sterile, concrete bar, white painted walls. It all looked like the construction finished last week. They've got a small variety of beers and a few wines.
