Typical Asheville spot: Overpriced, mediocre food & poor, slow service from an apathetic teenager behind a countertop. But you still need to tip well because, you know, the tropical storm a year ago. You don't want to be insensitive, do you?

I’d call this a higher end deli chain. Like a nicer subway or jimmy johns. One quirk is you order the sandwiches by marking on a little bag.
The food is good and the bread is extremely fresh. Their black bean patty is also excellent if you’re more veggie powered.
It’s conveniently in a big parking lot near some Tesla superchargers as well.

Person makingThe sandwich couldn't communicate in english. I did not want any extras just plain sandwich. Watch out for the up charges...
I have never been to one of these before, always heard good things, so I bought 2 regular size online from hotel across the street. YUCK !! wheat bread is stale, ingredients are splooging out the side, and not in a good way, but a made with no care way. One was not cut through so had to try and tear it. No napkins in the bag. I want my $2.00 tip back, there was ZERO reason to tip for this.
Was staying in the hotel across the street and popped in here for lunch. Very large selection of sandwiches. They are made to order. My sandwich was tasty enough; the bread had a nice texture. Not the most flavorful chicken salad I've ever had, but it was fine. The process is a little confusing for someone new to it (you mark down your preferences on a paper bag, and the sandwich is customized to you). The order area was out of pens. But staff were nice and service was efficient. The dining room was clean. I wouldn't seek out this place, but for a quick sandwich near the hotel, it worked well.
9:40 and not open. Door and internet say 9:30
Called from work at packs tavern today ordered two 6 inch ham and cheese subs. For me and my wife. It was not we expected. . Was weak , just plain . Never got a discount because I was told the park discount employee working in the park. But as I said I called and told the guy to start my order 15 minutes after my call because I was going be clocking off at work in Hickory tavern. If there are any discounts for the park who works there should he have gave me the discount. Or was it that it was about my color. I've always got that discount when I worked at travians
Big cost for an average sandwich. Nice staff but definitely took too long. Wouldn’t eat again.

Hands down the worst sub place in all Asheville. The place is falling apart with loose squeaky chairs, the staff is slow and looks depressed. The food is expensive for nothing special. 2 regular subs were 20 bucks. Second time going with 2 years between visits and they are no better. Maybe worse.
In the area making a delivery where i had to wait about 4 hours. I saw this shop and i wanted to try it.
It was first time at this chain ,was greeted by a person with nose rings.
I ordered a simple fries which cost me almost $5 and it wasn't even full
First and last.
They messed up my order and then said oh well sorry when I called back
