Bags to place order show that a Reuben comes with corned beef, Swiss, sauerkraut and 1000 island dressing. I placed a togo order and went back to the office. My sandwich was soooo dry and bland. There was no dressing on it, very little kraut, and bread was dry. I ordered a side of FF and left a 15% tip and it came to $16.47. Not impressed.

Went in for a bite to eat before a movie,it's my first time,I have family members with special needs and the staff was friendly and kind ,they explained the process, how to order, what the sandwich comes out like, everything.they were amazing. There is a wall full of drawings from customers and we did that as well, had a great time. It was a great experience and great service will definitely recommend this location.

Honestly I paid 20 for a drink a regular sub and chips. And the quality wasn’t good at all.I wish i went to McDonald’s instead; do yourself a favor and don’t go here.

Food was okay, but the employees just wandered around behind the counter for quite a while before deciding to make the sandwiches.Vegetarian options: There's a nice avocado and black bean sandwich as well as a garden vegetable with cheese option.

I tried to find a reason to rate it more than two stars and the fries did it for me. The sandwiches are not great at all. Ordered a BLT and a Philly. The BLT was “meh” according to the person who ate it and the Philly was a tasteless disgrace of a sandwich. Just some cheap meat slapped on a sandwich. Like steak-umms, but worse. The sandwiches sound cool and the set up is neat but it stops right there. The fries are the only thing that saved this from being two stars.

First time here, it's solid sandwich joint, I tried the Philly cheese steak, and it was very mediocre. Meat was precooked with no flavor. The servicers were a couple of kids who took their sweet time. Next time, I'll try something else. Just be prepared to wait for your simple sub.

Chopped and formed steak and overpriced cold fries. Not even as below average as subway. Will never return. $18 for a reg sub, fries, and a drink.

The food tasted bad. The bread was bad and had a strange texture. The fries were under cooked. The sandwiches were messy. It cost way more than it was worth. Just go to subway. It's not great, but you at least get what you pay for there.

My favorite sandwich shop. And I came on “Wicked Wednesday”!! Great price on my favorite sandwich!! I still wish the one in Hickory, Nc had not closed forever. I miss it a lot! Maybe someday we’ll get one back! This shop in Biltmore Park is great though. We love the outside seating while enjoying or sandwiches. My only complaint is that it’s not closer to my house.

Good service and parking was available. Toasted sandwich should have been a bit more toasted.

This was our first and last visit. We didn’t mind the wait the time we understand. But our sandwiches weren’t great at all. By the time I got my fries they were cold. My husbands sandwich was soggy from all the sauce they put. My sandwich (meatball sub) was ice cold and the bread was all mushy by the time we both got our food and got to eat. Definitely just threw out the sand which.

Which Wich did themselves, and their loyal customers a disservice by changing their menu.Sadly it has been years since I lived close to one again, and when I entered it was a huge disappointment.Gone are the days of picking your base sandwich and tricking it out how you want it...gone also are the number of options once available.Sandwich sizes are smaller as well. They may as well call themselves an upscale subway at this point.I will not be back.

Stale bread. Small portions of meat and sandwich ingredients. Order process not intiitive. Disappointing.ORDER PROCESS - you pick up a sandwich bag with menu printed on it and check items you want. I wanted sauce and didn't see option on bag. You take bag up to cash register to pay. I had to ask about how to order process worked..maybe it's just me. QUALITY - bread had little flavor and did not seem fresh by any stretch of the imagination. A good bread makes a sub sandwich.
