Great vibe, terrible service. Not sure if it was because we were younger than the crowd, but we waited for about 20 mins with no service and no care that we were even here. Bar tender acknowledged we were there but didn’t seem to care. Don’t recommend unless you like feeling judged. We weren’t loud or rude, but he acknowledged everyone but us so we left.

We wandered in because we saw the hotel and we’re curious. Went up to the bar and met Trey our favorite bartender EVER who made us cocktails that were creative and amazing. The Mountain Manhattan was my fav. We heard a really fine band play too. Came back a few nights later after dinner. Trey did his thing the music was hot again. We repeated this most every night we were in town. You gotta order some food to go with those drinks too. We had the chicken wings, herbed fries & roasted cauliflower. All quite tasty.

Come for the genius mixologists and stay for the music and light menu. We loved the vibe here chill for sure. Trey and crew have been making us drinks all week after rolling in from a long day hiking the trails around Asheville. The food is light and delicious our favorite being the roasted cauliflower and the Chicken wings and HERBED FRIES! Do not miss this place.

Trey Simmons got a request from me to make a special drink and he certainly delivered. In Charlotte it’s called Infante. He had all the ingredients and his enthusiasm was on point. Definitely recommend him - 10/10

Espresso martinis are my favorite, so I'm almost an expert. The Workshop Lounge has the best one. My husband loved his gin and tonics as well. They were all great: bartender, waiters, manager! It's on my list of places to visit again when I go back to Asheville.

Nice Hotel Bar as far as decor and space. Stick with drinks only. Ordered sliders and fries. Neither were cooked throughly. Burger buns were not warmed. Three bartenders behind the small bar but all orders had to be placed at the bar in this large space. You deliver your own drinks to any other location in the bar area. Food was delivered and that person was nice. With the self service setup not the best experience. As guests at the hotel for the weekend we went there three times. Always the same setup.

We visited this lounge a couple nights in a row to use our $30 F&B Credit from the hotel. The live entertainment, the seating, the fireplace, the staff, and the drinks are all top notch. Highly recommend.

Service is at the bar only with self service drink delivery to anywhere other than the bar. They did deliver the food to where we were seated (I ordered at the bar) and that person was nice. The burger had great toppings and was thick in size for a good serving size but very overpriced at $25 out the door with no drink. Service was minimal and music was live but not enjoyable. For being in a hotel a larger food selection and tables easier to eat are quickly needed here. Skip the food at this venue unless you like the food options the other on site option that has fantastic service.
