Beware, everyone doesn't wash their hands before serving customers.

Got asked if my dog was a service dog. Which is illegal. Plus my dog had a vest that said “service dog, do not pet”. Then again I shouldn’t be supposed they couldn’t read.

The food is usually really good but this time it was below average. They didn't season the fries and the kickin chicken barely had any tongue torch on it

The store was extremely busy. McDonald's next door was closed so Zaxbys appeared to get all that business. The drive thru line moved fairly fast. The food we excellent. The staff members were friendly and efficient .

This is the worst one. Always running out of coleslaw so suppose to get extra fries and they don't give you that. The drinks use to be alot bigger. They didn't put ranch in with chicken.. idk how hard it is even more so when they are not busy! That's our extra fries. Plus the chicken idk why was very salty.? .. They tell you to call so they can resolve the issue. People would either like a replacement or a refund. I for one doubt will go back to this one.

Saw a bunch of one star reviews and I havnt had a one star experience yet. Fries were seasoned so well and freshly made at 9pm. Employee was friendly at the drive thru on September 10th. I didn’t even have to wait long for my food. I don’t know if I got lucky or if they took the advice of the one stars below but I had a great experience and since I showed up an hour before closing I expected to have to have some grace and a poor one like most other places. ( my toast was not super toasted but otherwise a good experience)

Trash. This location is awful. My husband and I went here. Sat in the parking lot for 30 mins for 2 chicken finger plates. We didn’t realize they didn’t put our sauces in either box until after we left. We had to turn around and go back to get them. Fries were cold and hard. Sodas were flat. Food is way too expensive for it to be like this. There’s no need to apologize or ask me to reach out to correct the situation. It should have been correct the first time. Y’all have way too many negative reviews.

I am always in search of something new. The commercial made the 3 chicken finger tacos sound and look good. More like 3 chicken finger splatter. Pretty disgusting! Compare the commercial picture to my picture. Vegetables looked old and wilted. There were about four pieces of lettuce on each taco. Chicken fingers tasted like they were soaking wet... no crispiness to them at all. Two tacos had strands of cheese while one had no cheese at all. BTW- You can't get a mix of Chipotle Ranch and Avocado Ranch tacos. Same price, but you can't mix them up.
Stay out the taco business! My $12 would have been better spent elsewhere. I don't believe it is the franchise. I believe it is this store because this is definitely not the first issue I've had with this store.

Got 5 tiny wings the size of my thumb. they wouldn’t even fill a toddler… for $14+ dollars, we normally don’t have this problem, what a waste of money
