Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Prices advertised are not what they charge. Stopped in to pick up something quick before work and apparently the prices on the sign in the drive thru were much higher than what was posted and that they don't change prices to match. Went to order a wings and things and was told it was going to be over 13 dollars for the meal sign has it listed at 10.29 Said they updated the prices this morning and was unable to do anything about it oh well. So if you order from them make sure your charged correctly because they don't care.

Zaxbys strikes again, ordered extra ranch for my meal and of course got charged for it but of course no ranch at all and they weren’t even busy. I guess it’s my fault for not checking the bag.

Bad food, filthy bathroom. Ill never go again

Do NOT go here! We came here the night it snowed it was November 10. I stayed in the hospital for two days with severe food poisoning. This was the only food I ate and four hours later I couldn’t stop throwing up. I had to get a total of four bags of fluid, racked up a huge hospital bill & missed days of work. I was over an hour away from home in mission hospital. I would never recommend this zaxbys ever! Please do not go here. Before we went here I saw men that worked here running outside playing in the slow I believe they did not wash their hands and they served me tampered food! I’ve never been so sick in my life!!! I will never eat zaxbys again! I know this came from zaxbys because it’s the only thing I ate. We were in traffic for hours. I have four kids and they all ate at McDonald’s and not one person got sick besides me! I got an order of the veggie egg rolls & fries. I was so dehydrated that my bilirubin was so high they did multiple ct scans because they thought something was wrong with my liver. After they realized i did not have liver failure or hepatitis they said this was severe food poisoning & it was something i ate within the last four hours. I ate zaxbys around 8:30pm I woke up at midnight and could not stop throwing up. This was the absolute worst experience of my life. I was terrified in Asheville, away from home. I wish I would have kept the food to get it tested so I could save people from getting sick. Thank God I didn’t feed this food to my kids. If I would have been elderly or in bad health there’s no idea how this could have turned out. I feel certain this food poisoning was from this zaxbys

Forgot my order of fries…. Couldn’t give me a refund… had to go back to the restaurant if I wanted to get my side order THEY FORGOT…. Yeah let me just turn around on the highway while I’m omw to Tennessee… bro.

My husband and I came to eat at 6:50pm on October 26th and this is the second time the evening female manager was screaming at the employees the entire time like they were worthless. I have been a Restaurant General manager for 5 years and I don't care what the situation is would never belittle my employees. From my experience if you work with your crew and respect them they will push themselves harder for you. And if their is an issue I would speak to them in private it was absolutely ridiculous I was so upset I wrote this review the entire time instead of eating.it was a waste of money we couldn't eat for her yelling

The lady who took my order through drive through was kind. The food was terrible. I asked for heavy on the tongue torch sauce and instead it’s so dry. The fries were soggy and cold. I used to be a fan but I’ve given this location a chance twice. Both times terrible. Never again.

I just paid $40.56 and ALL my food (lemon pepper wings) were old as hell. The fries were even cold. They even had me wait for fresh food just to give me cold and old food!!!!!

The food was great as usual with some amazing sweet tea. Our traveling lunch pitstop was a good one even with the traffic jam to get into the parking lot. Overall, a great visit with good food, hot and fresh. The only wild thing was a trip to the restroom to discover a code key lock on the doors, wow just a shock!

Too overpriced for the size an amount received..When this company first came to Oteen NC,everything was awesome👍👍👍 then when I assume new management came in after the store got off the ground, the store went to zero everything in my perspective an I frequent the store at opening 2+ visits per week...Enka NC store 👎👎

Best Zaxbys ever!! Amazing people and top notch service every time, my orders are always on point and fresh. All the workers deserve raises and double PTO!! I go here multiple times a week to get my wing and fry seasoning fix never had a bad order!!

Every time I come in they look after me. The always have my food fresh and hot for me. Anytime I crave Zaxbys I know which one to go to, Marsha the manager there always takes care of me and my family!!!

I eat here most weekdays for lunch. The crew members are awesome and keep me coming back. Justin, Alex, Nadia and Marley especially are good people.

My salad was great of course. But Lucky at the front counter made the visit a nice one. We laughed and joke with him while waiting for our food. Also, it's a very nice and clean location.
