This is THE ABSOLUTE WORST Zaxbys I’ve ever been to, I received the wrong order so I had to drive all the way back to the store to receive the correct one, once I got what I ordered the food was burnt and the fries had no seasoning, the dining room and parking lot was so disgusting and filled with trash, When I tried to talk to a blonde manager I think her name was Kourtney she was so rude and disrespectful, She had the WORST attitude and made me feel like i did something wrong for wanting the food I ordered, I can’t imagine how she treats other customers or even her workers it’s very obvious she hates her job, i wouldn’t recommend bringing anyone here until they get some new management.Never coming to this location again!

Well clearly leaving reviews doesnt do any good but I'd just like to point out they are failing horribly and this location will go under soon if they dont change management. I went through the drive through and they messed up my order horribly. The food is hit or miss. But then when i went back to get the right food i noticed the dining room was a complete mess. Who wants to eat with trash all around everywhere? Think this will also be my last time wasting money at zaxbys.

The chicken Phillies were pretty good but the fries are disgusting.We tried the regular fries and the chicken parm fries. The latter had ranch on them and the regular fries had a weird taste. The service team was very friendly though.
Person working at the front counter seemed to hate life, and forgot to give us a cup and a fork. Their napkin dispenser was empty. The same employee emptied the trash and left the doors to the trash open next to us for almost 5 minutes before putting back the trash can.The main reason for the 1 star is that the chicken tasted and smelled burnt and it was inedible. The chicken finger plate also comes with very few fries even with 6 strips, and is a huge disappointment compared to a place like Raising Canes, which always has great and large portioned food, great employees, and a nicer atmosphere.

Went here while going to the mountains and there were almost no workers, the lady on the front was too lazy to put in some extra stuff for the food, the food was as if it was microwaved, and the workers just did not care about

I'm so over ordering at this location. I ask for extra seasoning EVERY time. Sometimes I'm lucky if i get a sprinkle. It's like they don't understand general directions on screen at all. The young person up front has almost no strength in their voice at all. You have to lean in to hear them speak and that blows my mind. They're super friendly, but need to be more vocal. But you really need to get your kitchen staff to read directions. I've dealt with this over 10 times before finally dropping to this review.
