Install the Zaxby app placed an order for the local store. Next day I checked my credit card and I was charged twice. Taking the app off my phone. Now they want me to drive over there again so they can take the one billing off. Wasted

If I could rate 0 stars, that would be more accurate. We were the only ones inside & had waited over 30 minutes for them to call out our name. We’re a family of 4, so it wasn’t a big order. My husband went up to the counter just to find out that they were only making call in & drive through orders and hadn’t even started on ours. Unacceptable. Not professionally handled. No apologies were given. We got a refund. They should’ve closed down the dine in so we weren’t wasting our time. Wrong time to be starved.

Our food was overpriced versus the quality; the chicken we got tasted really bad. The fries had a lot of black spots in them, and we ended up trashing almost half of 3 orders of them since they were not selling the family size for some reason??Parking: It's hard to get out of the parking area once you are finished with dine-in service here. One of the two main entrances to this Zaxby's is in the same area where the parking lot is right in front of the building in which you have to enter the doors for dining inside. Very easy to get your car hit if you're not careful.

The food was cold, I did not get a drink with my meal and the funnel cake I ordered ( for the first and last time) at $3.50 was one of the biggest rip offs from any fast food restaurant I have ever been to- worse than the McRib. The service I got was good. They explained that the chicken sandwich I had ordered would take 6 minutes. It did.

I ordered Large fries and the fried chicken philly cheesesteak. It is now in the dumpster. The fries were so salty I thought I was gonna have a heart attack . The sandwich was burnt. Thank god I dont eat out much.
